Privacy Policy
Effective July 10, 2026 · Integrity HVAC Solutions Inc.
Your privacy matters to us the same way your home does: we treat it with care, and we don't play games with it. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us:
- When you request a quote or consultation: your name, email address, phone number, home address, and any details you share about your home or project.
- When you call, email or message us: the contact information and details you provide in the conversation.
- When you browse our site: basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected through cookies and analytics tools, described below.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule your free in-home consultation, and prepare your quote.
- To deliver, service and warranty the work you hire us for.
- To help you apply for financing or rebates when you ask us to.
- To send you occasional offers or updates, only where you've consented, and every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
- To improve our website and services.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever. Your information is used to serve you, not to become a product.
When we share information
We share personal information only when it's needed to serve you:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling, customer-management and website tools, and only what they need to do their job.
- Financing: if you choose to apply for financing, your application goes to Financeit and is governed by their privacy policy. We don't see or store your credit information.
- Rebate programs: if you ask us to help with a rebate application (such as NB Power, Efficiency NS, efficiencyPEI or NL HESP programs), we share only what the program requires, with your knowledge.
- Legal requirements: if we're required to by law.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google or Meta remarketing), to understand how visitors use the site and to reach people who may be interested in our services. This information is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally to us. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
- Opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Learn about interest-based advertising opt-outs at youradchoices.ca.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: to serve you, honour warranties, and meet legal and tax requirements. When it's no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what we have: request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it: ask us to update anything that's inaccurate.
- Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from marketing or ask us to stop using your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.
- Delete it: ask us to delete your information where we're not required to keep it.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We'll respond promptly, and at no cost to you. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services such as Financeit, Facebook and Google. Once you leave our site, those services' own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be highlighted, not buried.
